Join us at DEN on Saturday, March 16th for an energy clearing and replenishing journey with Spiritual Teacher and Healer, Mina Bahadori from 6pm to 7:30pm.
Mina comes from a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation lineage, as well as a background of Intuitive Healing and Reading, Crystal Healing, Sound and Reiki Healing. She has been studying esoteric practices for four years, and she is committed to holding a supportive space where it is safe for every being to be seen and accepted for exactly who they are, and from this space step fully into their light.
Mina is a plant-based activist for animals, and feels that our consciousness is entirely interconnected with all beings on the planet. Thus when we heal, they heal, and vice versa. She loves the intention to build community with dogs and humans, as she has a husky of her own who frequents DEN Urban Dog Retreat.
In this workshop she will be using kundalini yoga warm ups, pranayam, and a gong bath to inspire whatever healing is most needed for you and your pup in present time. Please bring something cozy to lay on and water for the active exercises!
FAQs

Is this event for me or my dog?

It's for both! Our belief is that your relationship with your dog is directly linked to the growth of your own consciousness. Therefore, we are creating events that center around growing and nurturing that bond.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of street parking available right in front of DEN Urban Dog.

What can I bring into the event?

Bring yourself, your dog, and an open heart. You can also bring water for yourself and a yoga mat or anything else that will make it more comfortable for you to be seated on the floor.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

You can email DEN at info@denurbandog.com

What if my dog doesn't like other dogs?

We have a knowledgable team of dog trainers and healers that can assist you, but you know your dog best. Please use your discretion and only bring your dog if it is something you think they will enjoy and/or benefit from. We encourage people with sensitive or nervous dogs to come - the supportive and grounded environment is amazing for their self-confidence!

Are there any other requirements?

Dogs who attend events must be up-to-date on all vaccinations. There will be a waiver we require all first-time guests to sign before participating in events.
