Great little spot with lots and lots of seating for you and your furry friend! The place is really busy, so if there is not a spot, give it a minute and one will open up for sure. They are located on a corner and the tables wrap around the front and then there is a tiny narrow courtyard too! Great cafe style food, I wanted to try the kale salad, but went with the breakfast sandwich as it was still morning when we went. the food came out quick and was cooked perfectly. They were happy to bring out a water bowl and the staff was warm and friendly. Seamus was happy to just lounge in the sun and howl at the occasional passing fire truck on Ventura Blvd. They also have a $3 valet making it easy if you cannot grab a spot on the street.
