There was a lot to like about our brunch visit to Bar Hermanito! For starters, the awesome playlist made for an upbeat vibe even before you sit down. There are several outdoor seating areas, even one with a specific entrance for "Perros" only! As soon as we sat on a breezy and comfortable patio Jose our waiter appeared with a bowl full of water for my furry friend. Jose's service was spot on; warm and welcoming, present, but not in our space more than we wanted. Really great job Jose! I got the Loaded Tots with shrimp and man was it filling and delicious while my lovely lady got the chilaquiles which she said we almost as good as hers. Which I know means they were great, I know because I had some too! All the staff was very attentive and they were quick to fill the water bowl as soon as the leash would catch on it and spill it. Overall a great laid back vibe, with warm professional service and delicous food. Chalk up

JAPANESE REFINEMENT WITH MEXICAN HEART.

(Bar) Hermanito is a bar-forward, neighborhood Mexican restaurant in the heart of Sawtelle. Simple, fresh food built around housemade Sonoran-style tortillas. New and classic Mexican cocktails with subtle nods to the neighborhood's Japanese heritage.

INSPIRED BY MEMORY, SHAPED BY PLACE.

Hermanito is all about family and supporting those we love. These are some of those that we are lucky enough to call our hermanos (hermanitas), and have the honor of working with at our beloved Hermanito. We're all in this together, and we love you like you like a brother!
