    I had the most magnificent stay at Level. By far one of my favorite experiences. From start to finish, the customer service felt like royalty, Especially from the front desk employee, Jennifer. Everyone there was happy, patient, and helpful. The views are the best that Los Angeles has to offer.
    The interior has so much character that it feels like you are on not even in a real place! From the atmosphere, to relaxation and rooms, every aspect of this hotel provides a special WOW factor and the memories of the experience will be with me forever. I can’t wait to come back!

    Level hotel was absolutely beautiful. My husband I met up with some friends and shared a suite. It was very spacious and yet intimate at the same time. The amenities were top of the line. We enjoyed the sauna, spa, and pool. And wanted to view the movie on the sky deck but ran out of time. The view was gorgeous. Thank you for making it a easy trip to reconnect with old friends and completely relax.

    As a first time visitor to downtown L.A., Level ended up being the perfect spot for us. The location can't be beat, and the views from the room were incredible. The room was modern and had all the amenities and comforts we could hope for. We used the hot tub and steam room a few times and the grounds on that outdoor level were beautiful and very well kept.
    You can walk to so many restaurants and shops nearby. The nearby neighborhood was safe and clean. Since Level is right downtown, it was the perfect home base for us as we ended up driving to different parts of the L.A. area.
