Stay Away!!!! This woman does NOT know what she is doing. I had her groom my Golden Retriever (who had a full beautiful red coat) and she SHAVED HER...all the way to the skin! She looks absolutely horrible.
This was after she did not show-up for one scheduled appointment.
I BLAME myself for using such an indept person. You can tell immediately too, when you meet her.
