We had a Pet Expo to attend and exhibit at the Fairplex, fortunately the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel is located right on the Fairplex campus and made life much easier. We (Seamus & I) had a lovely stay at the Sheraton Fairplex, I had moderate expectations, but they were definitely exceeded on every level. The arrival process was easy and pleasant, everyone was happy to greet Seamus and he was able to sniff about happily. All the staff was warm and friendly and check in was very easy. I was expecting a base level room since I was travelling with Seamus, but found my room to be comfortable, well appointed and in very nice shape. They were even kind enough to give us a little Sheraton bone shaped poop-bag dispenser full of bags. At least we got something for the $50 pet fee. One other mild drawback is their restaurant has a great patio with an exterior entrance, but they only allow service dogs. However, room service was good too, no dog menu, but that's OK Seamus is spoiled enough. Maybe next time.
Overall Great service, comfortable and clean environment, we would definitely recommend the Sheraton Fairplex to any furry traveller.
