    Border Collies in need is a fantastic organization. We have adopted 2 wonderful dogs that were rescued by BCIN. Our Tess was in the high kill shelter in LA and when I called the shelter, they told me that the rescue had already got her.
    With our first Border Collie, Moss, BCIN had made us a promise to keep him and take care of him for 2 months, until we were ready to bring him home. And what a wonderful dog he turned out to be!!
