ok, for starters I'm a vegetarian that loves the smell of smoky campfire wood. Tough part not many smokehouses have many vegetarian options besides a wedge salad or mac n cheese (which I had here and was AMAZING with white cheddar). Lucky for me and my pup, Maple Block is local, dog friendly and offered more than just a salad for us herbivores.

They have two outdoor spaces, one is covered with a canopy to keep you shaded on those sunny days as well as many heaters scattered to keep you warm on those chillier ones. Their is also two large TV's on opposite ends for those awesome sports games. Their second outdoor seating area is along the side of the building covered by the buildings built in patio area. Both are dog friendly so many options.

As soon as we were seated our fur baby was offered water and was even handed a few different dog treats to choose from.
So now that our pup is set we go to the menu. Great beer selection of draft and bottled brews. I got their house made Pimento Cheese sandwich with Mac and Cheese and Corn Bread. Yum Yum Yum! The Pimento Cheese sandwich was on slices of classic white bread with yummy smoked sweet peppers, white cheddar mac and cheese and warm out the oven cornbread with the lightest whipped butter imaginable.

If the food and service wasn't good enough to have you thinking about the next visit, we were told the manager is throwing ideas of creating a dog menu!! So you know we will be stopping by egging on this thought to reality!
