Took our pup here the first week we go him. He's still very timid but didn't hear anything about it from the groomers at pick up. I kept hearing how hard it was to book a grooming appointment lately and was so happy at the quick response I was given when reaching out to their email address. A gentleman by the name Pat (from the email address response) reached out same day stating they may have openings the following morning. My boyfriend was available to call and was able to get him in the following morning. It meant so much to us Pat was able to squeeze in our new pup as he seriously needed a bath due to him being an outside dog and now transitioning to being a inside dog. Our fur baby came out smelling like a brand new dog, and even did wonders with his nails, which were growing terribly due to the previous lack of care.
