The Dawg Squad rescues dogs from the streets, situations of abuse and neglect and from the city’s high-kill animal shelters.Provide medical attention, training, rehabilitation and foster homes until permanent adoptive homes are found. In most cases, dogs are fostered in loving volunteer homes while they await adoption. Other dogs are boarded with an emphasis on training, and all dogs are well socialized at weekly adoption events. All dogs are spayed, neutered and micro-chipped prior to adoption.
