I went to this location after coming up to LA to visit my mom for brunch. It was very well organized and had a good selection. The employees were very welcoming, which honestly is unusual to find in an Urban Outfitters in LA lol. I was looking for carrying case for my new Instax Mini camera and a girl named Cat was super helpful and went out of her way to assist me with with the wide selection of cases. She also showed me a case of Gudetama film which is perfect for my Gudetama camera! She was very attentive and friendly and even though I left with one more item than I came in for, I'm very happy with what I purchased and I never would have found them if it weren't for her! :)
