    My dog means the world to me and I was initially hesitant to do doggy daycare but when I got put on a big project at work and my boyfriend was out of town, I decided it was time to look into it. I'm so happy I did! My baby loved it and had the greatest time. I was able to watch him from the webcam while at work, which I really appreciated. We will definitely be back for daycare and overnight stays when we go out of town. I highly recommend it to all dog parents. The staff clearly really cares about the dogs and is super knowledgeable. Here's a photo of my sweet baby. You can see why I was hesitant about letting anyone else watch him. The Wags Team makes sure the dogs are having fun and are kept safe. My little one can't wait to go back! Thank you Wag Hotels!

    I just got off the phone with Bella at Wag. Our phone call got disconnected and she called me back right away. I have two cats and I had a grooming crisis. She talked me down, helped me make an appointment and helped me so much. Moral of the story is number one don't groom a cat with claws second, if you have to groom a cat with claws, call, wag, and specifically get lucky enough to talk to Bella. Tomorrow is grooming day and we shall see how that works out.

    Post script; both my cats were groomed today. Terrific staff, excellent groomer, the cats are overwhelmed by their experience, but look and smell great. Thank you.
