Such a lovely spot in Santa Monica. If you're looking for breakfast, lunch, quick snack or just some people watching this is a wonderful choice. Fabulous baked goods with great coffee and nice sandwiches...made with amazing bread. The majority of seating here is comprised of their outdoor patio which is a variety of picnic tables to choose from. Order at the counter and they bring it to you, but if you need something else the staff is happy to oblige. Parking is available in an adjacent lot at $3 for 15 minutes with $15 maximum, however, you could also grab a spot on the street pretty easily. Great tuna sandwich, amazing almond croissant and delicious cappuccino. With a. grassy area adjacent to the patio and water bowls available, this is a spot we'll be back to soon!

Bring bread with an old-soul into the lives of our friends in California.

Using a wood fired brick oven, Chad Robertson baked bread and Elisabeth Prueitt created rustic, elegant pastries using many of the techniques they had learned abroad.
