I ended up here totally by accident. I was having a gift engraved for a friend and needed to make the most of an hour while I waited. I yelped pet stores and this came up closest to my location. There is ample parking, the staff are very helpful (and you actually feel like they mean it) and the selection of toys, food, treats and other ancillary items are great! It sort of reminds me of a "CostCo for Animals". It has that warehouse feel, while keeping a family business atmosphere.

The prices are in line with the typical PetSmart / PetCo stores. If they don't have what you need, they will order it. Of course all pets are welcome and the store itself was clean and free of any obstacles. Parking. Parking is not the typical "Cramped, can't open your doors" LA Parking. You can actually open your doors to let your dog out. Doesn't seem like a big deal till you try it in your sedan with a suv parked so close you need a can opener to get yourself out let alone your pet.
