Happy Shopping day! Ok, so it might only be "window" shopping, but just the same it's Miley and Me out and about. Highlights for me, I was able to purchase my goto face cream, peruse the racks a bit and dream about those platform sandals that keep calling my name. Highlights for Miley, refreshingly cool tiles floors perfect for prancing about on. Throes of people showering her with adoration and of course the wonderful customer service oriented associates with those yummy biscuits!

While the Grove can be a little daunting for her sometimes, I always try to take her on her outing when it's a weekday = less crowded. There are a few watering stations for the pups, however I still would advise to come prepared and bring your own water supply, especially during the summer heat. The plethora of stores and the variety of eateries are enough to entertain one for most of an afternoon. There's the coolest (yes, I wrote coolest) trolley that is more for the experience than for travel. We rode it . . . on the open air top level. She LOVED, LOVED it. Sitting on my lap, wind in her face, panting in mine - what more is there to life!

If you go, be sure to have your parking ticket validated and note that Farmer's Market validation is only good for purchases made in the actual "Farmer's Market" area. Not the adjoining stores. That is applicable when you park in the parking garage structures and make your purchases from let's say . . . Crate and Barrel. Just saying :)
