    Brand new. It's just your regular pet smart, so no surprises here. I wish they carried higher end food and treats. I try to avoid buying anything made in China and much of what they carry is made in this region. Also, minus one paw because there was a weird smell last time I went. It smelled like harsh chemicals so I had to leave immediately.
