Sqirl is a Los Angeles-based preserves company dedicated to conserving fruits farmed under certified organic practices within 200 miles of Sqirl's commercial kitchen.
Sqirl works within the confines of the season to produce confitures - jams, jellies, and marmalades - with a distinct sense of place. They are free of added commercial pectin (we only add in-house pectin) and can take up to four days to produce. Sqirl is proud to be Slow Food.
