I asked the front desk for small ear tip and they cut off the ENTIRE ear for all 4 cats!!!!!! 3 of the 4 are tame and looking for homes. This unnecessary mutilation has ruined their chances (I hate to say this but they were extremely good looking). I also paid a fortune for surgery and choose this place over Fixnation because of the small to no eartip request, the front desk person knew this. This is so unfair!!!!!!!! Never again. Evil.
