This business is potentially making money for selling sick and unwell puppies. They had a foster event outside Pussy and Pooch in DTLA every sunday, a month ago, we have fostered this little dog named maddy from them, during the two weeks, the owner Addei Daddio has contacted us through messages to encourage us to adopt her, with a adoption fee of $400, which she claims that she had put in a lot of money in maddy's checkup, medical treatment and microchip expenses. On 3/22/15, we have agreed to adopt Maddy and paid her $400 dollars in cash, she confirmed that she will send us the receipt, and all maddy's record within a day. However, it has been ten days, and we have contacted her multiple times, she either refused to reply, or said she will send us soon. We start to think there were not any records to begin with, and we noticed that Maddy has bad skin problems and heavy breathing, while she promised us in the beginning that she was a well dog and might just be allergic to DTLA air.

We are in the process of small court claim against this organization, and just hoping that Attorney General for Non-profit will take a look into this so called charity for their potential fraud business, and potential tax avoidance.
